<p>No it doesn’t. When tested, the <a aria-label="undefined (opens in a new tab)" href="https://amzn.to/3kNVELb" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Huawei CPE PRO 5G router</a> (the only full-size 5G router currently available) together with a <a aria-label="undefined (opens in a new tab)" href="https://amzn.to/2XH1GSA" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Poynting 4G-XPOL-A0002 Antenna</a> simply decreased my 4G speeds by 95%. It basically did nothing to improve the signal past the speed obtained with no antenna at all.</p>



<p>Note that there’s <strong>no 5G signal</strong> out here so who knows if that would have worked. I was only testing to see how the 4G performance was, and it certainly didn’t work at all with this antenna.</p>



<p>Time to go back to my trusted <a aria-label="undefined (opens in a new tab)" href="https://amzn.to/2Q0lLQU" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Huawei B525</a> which has worked very reliably since I first installed it.</p>
