<p>Another great podcast interview from the ever-helpful Dr Chatterjee in which he reveals the power of ensuring you have a full fast between dinner and breakfast. </p>



<p>12 hours is achievable for most people (dinner at 7pm, breakfast at 7am), and the benefits are astonishing (if the results of the tests on mice are anything to go by). The key learning point is that food any time between dinner and breakfast is bad for anyone, although I&#8217;m pretty sure it doesn&#8217;t apply to pregnant women.</p>
